The quality control system has been fully upgraded, and the standardization of the industry has entered a new stage.

To regulate industry development and improve overall product quality, relevant industry organizations, in conjunction with leading manufacturers, have improved production and testing standards for all types of leaf springs.

To regulate industry development and improve overall product quality, relevant industry organizations, in conjunction with leading manufacturers, have improved production and testing standards for all types of leaf springs. A unified industry quality control system has been established across four dimensions: raw material access, production processes, performance testing, and factory acceptance. Previously, the leaf spring industry had inconsistent entry barriers, with small workshops employing rudimentary production processes. Their products failed to meet fatigue life and load-bearing capacity standards, disrupting market order and posing potential vehicle safety hazards. The new industry standards clarify material parameters, heat treatment standards, fatigue testing indicators, and corrosion resistance requirements for different leaf spring specifications. All manufacturers are required to complete multiple performance tests, including drop hammer impact, high-frequency fatigue, and static pressure testing. Simultaneously, surface treatment, dimensional tolerances, and packaging and delivery standards have been standardized, forcing outdated and inefficient production capacity out of the market. Furthermore, a third-party inspection and supervision mechanism has been established to routinely inspect products in circulation and promptly rectify non-compliant products. The implementation of the standardization system has effectively purified the industry market environment, improved overall product reputation, enhanced the purchasing confidence of downstream automakers and equipment manufacturers, and propelled the leaf spring industry from extensive expansion to high-quality, standardized development.
